SBK recognised for best customer service
SBK once again takes the top spot in a customer survey conducted by ServiceValue and Handelsblatt.
This recognition makes it the seventh consecutive win for SBK in the health insurance category. SBK was awarded a score 2.16, with the average survey score in the health insurance category stood at 2.40.
For the survey, the market research institute ServiceValue collated 36.472 customer reviews of 745 companies online and used the results to select the best providers in 39 sectors. Respondents could evaluate up to ten companies whose specialist consultant services they had used in the last 12 months. Several individual elements of the specialist consultation process were assessed, including the initial contact with the specialist consultant, level of helpfulness, extent of expert knowledge and benefits personally gained from sessions.
